Does this work at all? With the ini option "Protect NPCs = true", in a brief testing in my setup this is setting every single NPC in the game to protected. E.g. skirmishes between stormcloaks and imperials end with all NPCs but the last one in a bleedout state, then fight resumes once any actor recovers, just to fall into bleedout again immediately after. Bandits fighting skeletons/draugr just the same. Perhaps only the Protect NPCs setting is broken?
EDIT: even animals fighting each other end up with one them in bleedout, until it recovers and gets up, then the fight resumes once again.
Hello There! I have an issue with using this mod. Despite the console showing that essential and invulnerable have been "processed", none of the essential nor invulnerable npcs have actually been changed, and remain unkillable. (and yes, I did change the ini file for the mod to make invulnerable npcs killable.)
I have the necessary dependencies installed, what could be the problem?
Mods I am using:
A quality world map classic with roads address library for SKSE plugins - All in one (anniversary edition) killessentials NG MCM helper SE powerofthree's Tweaks SKSE64 SkyUI_5_2_SE Souls do things 2 spell perk item distributor TrueHUD Unofficial Skyrim Special edition patch
Dude open ini file and add savos aren on the list of essentials even if you don't only you can kill essentials not npcs. You can set up ini file however you like. You do have exclusion list.
No. The whole purpose of this mod is to be able to kill essential NPCs, even if it breaks questlines. If one would be worried about breaking quests one shouldn't be using a mod to make essentials killable in the first place.
No, you don’t understand. If you don’t add him to the exclusion list, you cannot do the College of Winterhold quest line no matter what. It has nothing to do with killing him or not.
I would love this mod had a function for toggling the essentials on and off ingame, as I've seen with other cases. Having this is great when you're going the anarchist route, but it can be a too chaotic in it's current state. An mcm if possible, would solve that. I hope you'll be able to bring back the morrowind aspect!
with this mod the black book reading animation doesnt play and the shaman doesn't die after being hit with mora tentacles, probably other glitches are happening from this mod i didn't really pay attention too.
