This mod really made a mess on my settings. I simply didn't see the raining anymore. Even when I brought my enbseries backup file with the original enbraindrops.png and cleaned the cache, it was still invisible. I had to fully reinstall my ENB...
For years I have played Skyrim, and have tried almost every enb yet ended up not using any because I could never see the rain fall, and when I did it looked like spit. Then I decided to re-do my load order from scratch this weekend and came across this little jewel.
This mod is awesome! I can see very nice downpours and I am loving it. I use SkyrimSE Re-Engaged for an ENB because of the colors I get and it is an enb I do not have to mess with. Plug and play so to speak. I use Obsidian Weathers with no extra frills. I changed all the settings you had highlighted and posted in the description. Nothing more than that.
Thank you so very much for this mod. I wish I had found it earlier. I did post a couple of pictures I took right outside of Whiterun.
Hope this helps someone. Set motion transparency to 0.8 and this looks great now. Using Cathedral Weathers Rudy ENB. 0.0 was way too aggressive. Used all other suggested settings. Refraction factor .1 is a must.
using nat, this heavy rain, rain storm are too fast and not tranparent, they are untransparent lines. it makes the whole screen blur... how to make it drop with the force of gravity?or drop slower but larger?
In your enb settings you can click under rain tab and adjust your motion blur and transparency manually to how you like it it takes a minute to get it right but its well worth it
