if you dont use an enchant overhaul like Thaumaturgy that’ll probably happen since basically all vanilla armor enchant effects are flagged as restoration effects from my memory.
As far as I can tell, Artificer doesn't touch any of the items that Baited does. On the other hand, mods like Creation Club - Adjustments Rebalancing and Variants do. In any case, you could adjust your load order. The plugin that loads last will win.
Well too bad, nothing overwrite both Scion and Baited and I see nothing weird in xEdit. I checked for potentials scripts conflicts too. Others artifacts works great.
I was curious about this as well, so I decided to download it and investigate the matter myself. I proceeded to look over to the right-hand panel of the GUI at the "downloads" category (I am using Mod Organizer 2). I pressed the install button and enabled the mod on the left panel. I looked back over to right panel, selected the "plugins" category, scrolled to the bottom and lo and behold, it is an .esp flagged as an .esl. I hope this helps any curious people wanting to know of the answer without going through all the hassle themselves.
