Give playable elf races access to human headparts (eyes and hair) and (Breton) head. Applies to vampire variants. High elf eyes were also made accessible to the other elves.

I noticed I was not alone in thinking Bretons make better-looking elves, since you can pull their ears in RaceMenu. Now the game will still recognize you as an elf, instead of a human.
Required: FormList Manipulator For changing the head (optional): RaceMenu Note:You don't need to change the head to access human eyes/hair. Installation: Skyrim Special Edition\Data
Remember to nudge the Weight slider to refresh skin tint after a change.
