Compatibility patch for the updated Skills of the Wild mod (Version 2.0+)

Last Seed actually has a patch for Skills of the Wild, but it's for the older versions of SOTW. This is an updated version of the patch.
What has changed?
Skills of the Wild has the "Frugal Gourmet" perk in the "Culinary arts" tree. With this perk you sometimes manage to create additional meals without using extra ingredients.
So the only thing this patch does now is that if you have "Frugal Gourmet" perk, it prevents creating additional "meals" for some of Last Seed's items, which were not supposed to be created in double quantity, such as empty bottles, waterskins etc.

What has changed?
- Patch no longer requires Hunterborn.
- Patch no longer requires iHUD.
- As long as SOTW no longer edits recipes or food items, this patch also no longer touches this records
