    Hey everyone!Here is the Thieves Guild Retexture I hope you all like it!

    WHAT IS NEXT?

    Next up will be Dragon priests masks and Cultists! (change of plans. Next up will be Forsworn) If you would like to see the full roadmap (just a rough outline, it's always subject to change), I posted my To-do list on my Patreon. The list is public so no need to become a Patron to see it.

     ABOUT PERMISSIONS

    For all my retextures, you are free to use any of my textures as a base to create your own or create any kind of patches. Basically everything is okay as long as you do not simply repost my work as-is. I just ask that you please credit me and anyone else credited on my mod pages, when applicable

    does not seem to be used by anything, is it some kind of leftover from development?

      it's used by the brown alternative version of the hood (the one that uses the same mesh as the mage dark brotherhood set)

      it's just a single texture that does not conflict with anything (not even vanilla textures)

      and the thievesguildarmorcapmv2_n.dds (this one overwrites vanilla) is easy to confuse with thievesguildarmorcapm_nV2.dds (this one overwrites nothing)
      those 2 files are identical in the mod (same CRC)
      that's just suspicious =)

      ah yes, now I remember. The ground model for this hood has this typo in its texture paths ([...]M_nv2.dds instead of [...] v2_n.dds). I guess was worried it was not the only mesh that had this mistake so I just duplicated the good texture and gave it this name. Otherwise, I could have just overwritten the ground mesh's nif to fix the texture path issue

    Is there any way of adding brown sleeves for the normal thieves guild armor instead of the white ones? They stand out too much and it looks weird.

      ^This. None of the TG retextures keep the all brown base armor for some reason.

      The official concept art has white sleeves, that's why most retextures are using them. Personally, I love them. They break up the all brown and give the armor a more unique appearance.

    Will full glove options ever be on the cards for this, Nightingale and others? I love these armors, even in vanilla, but wearing them as a Khajiit drives me insane. x.x

    If you take request can you maybe retexture the Balanced Longcoats mod in the next update? It uses Thieves Guild meshes and would be cool to see it get retextured

    Great mod, but I seem to have an issue with Linwe's Armor in that the fixes from USSEP (armpit clipping, invisible forearms when 1st person) are reverted when rebuilding this retexture in BodySlide with HIMBO.

      I do not modify this mesh, only the textures. You did not even need to rebuild bodyslides. I'd check on your conversion's mod page for people having similar issues

    Howdy,

    Beautiful mod! I'm having one issue though. I just acquired Linwe's armor, and it seems to be regular thieve's guild armor. It has sleeves, is brown, etc. Anybody else have this issue?

    *** Disregard, it appears it wasn't mixing well with Comprehensive Sleeves Pack. I disabled that mod and all was as it should be. ***

    10/10 mod LOVE it , can i PLEASE request that u consider retexturing the vial holder leather for bandolier please :D

    Small idea, feel free to totally ignore. But maybe Linwe's Armour could be coloured red/scarlet like the Summerset Shadows Banner? Or maybe their logo could be incorporated onto that set somewhere? But I can see the logic in skipping it too. Especially if it's a similar issue to the one you had for the Armor of the Old Gods. Just something to maybe play about with, when doing an update pass.
