I agree with you about the Occulatory. Also, that College of Whispers guy that kept defaulting into paranoia like four times during the conversation would have kept the place ready for use once "your" disruption went away. I just hope the Psijics send the Whispers the damn bill for the verbal abuse!
Haha yeah, I like the idea of Paratus Decimius having his own little 'safe space' to conduct further research. Oh and it's the Synod btw. The College of Whispers split from the Mages Guild in order to persuit all types of magic (including necromancy) purely for academic purposes. The Synod is basically what remained; the part of the Mages Guild that is heavily politicised and working directly for the Empire. They are the ones that you encounter in Mzulft.
Sometimes physical objects in the worldspace are edited directly, which tends to preclude esl tagging. Other times there are references outside an esl tag's range. Before you tag, make sure of suitability using Wrye Bash or xEdit.
