I didnt really used open cities, but as far as i know that mod "only" makes cities without a loading screen, and this mod barely makes anything inside cities, so i think it will work.
Basically you need a compatibility patch if your mod makes any changes past the load doors into a city. Anything outside is fine. It's not that it will cause issues if there are new objects/altered objects in cities, but they won't show up in the new "Open City", they'll be in the hidden load door city (there are objects outside each city, placed by Open Cities, that allow you to access the now hidden city world spaces).
Just open up the mod in TES5Edit and turn off the map flags. That'll set it so you have to discover the locations first before being able to travel to them.
I just stumbled on the first of these when starting an Angi's camp - very nice! I was in the process of freezing to death, so that camp saved my bacon. Will try and get some screenshots when I get to the next one.
Sounds familiar, was in the border of life and death when found one of my shelters. Found it little bit ironic, but it does its function. Screenshots will be appriciated. And dont forget to download the today's update of this mod
Oh, nice. Thank you! It always rather annoyed me that you can't find shelter around the world. Especially playing with Frostfall (well, lets face it, without frostfall, you don't really need your character to stop, rest or warm up and get out of the elements anyway) and there is practically NOWHERE to take shelter without setting up a tent. It's not always sensible to set up a tent, nor does it make sense RP wise that local ruins, etc would not work. So, yes. Thank you!
Thanks for your feedback, i hope you will enjoy the mod Yeah, it was my base conception. Of course you can make campfires and add bedrolls via the Campfire mod, but doesnt the other adventurers in Skyrim wants to sleep or warm in a secured place? I think if its not a camp already, you dont find any unowned bed or place. If you encounter any problem, or have any idea, let me know.

Would it be pssible without map markers (like requested below) and to work with the new CC Survival mode ?
