Unfortunately, due to the permissions I wont be able to. I can however explain that it would require a complete remake of every dummy mesh.
For personal use, if comfortable with NifSkope and Outfit Studio, one could make their own version by doing the following:

The ElSopa meshes would have to first be run through NifOptimizer to convert them to SSE meshes.
I'd now duplicate the meshes. Can do this for just the dummies you actually want, or the full set (23 of each one)
Rename the duplicated meshes to match the naming I've implemented in mine so the _SWAP.ini will still work properly
Open my meshes, in NifSkope, and look for the BSTriShape you want to add to the ElSopa mesh. They should be easy to pick out as I've named them for just such a thing, example "PracticeDummy02_Iron:Helmet"
Right click the BSTriShape desired, and go "Block > Copy Branch"
Now go to the ElSopa mesh, right click "BSFadeNode" and go "Block > Paste Branch". You should now see the helmet on the ElSopa mesh. Ignore misalignment for now and repeat for the process for the shield/sword if applicable. Finally, save the changes
Open Outfit Studio and import the mesh "File > Import > From NIF".
Now you have to adjust the positioning, and likely shrink down the head area of the dummy to make the helmet fit. Just a lot of fine tuning to get it how you want.
Once done, save the mesh "File > Export > To NIF"
Open the mesh once more in NifSkope and save. I don't fully understand why but this seems to kinda "finalize" it and ensure it works properly in game.
This is cool, However I wish there was a patch for the Mod where it allows you to train on dummies--Forgot the name of it--My skyrim mod list is to big now T_T
I believe Dynamic Things Alternative, and a mod by Arthmoor allows for training on dummies. I assume based on your comment that whichever mod you're using for it, doesn't work with these alternative meshes?
New patch loaded which should let it work properly with either version of Dynamic Things Alternative. Worked fine for me in testing, but please let me know how it goes.
I actually don’t know. I don’t use that particular mod, so I’m not certain if they swap the actual models somehow, or just inject a script into the dummies themselves. I’d need someone to test and report back.
I guess that's my cue. I'll report back. (as long as I uninstall and backtrack to the save, it should be fine...)
The swapped ones don't work. It shouldn't be hard to patch them in with Dynamic Things Alternative (or any other mod of that nature; I know another mod provides XP, although I prefer skill practice applying to skills, personally speaking)
In the meantime, the campfire mod to make training dummies that work with DTA will cover the gaps nicely.

I will. I have also gleefully added the Archery Target mod and its patch as well. (The no additional targets version as Campfire users can, after all, make and set up their own archery targets)
Umm, yeah I didn't even question it tbh, but yes you are correct. I'd just pulled the mesh in that said Stormcloak and didn't give it a second look. I'll fix it right away. Thanks for pointing it out! *EDIT* Fixed. Update now uses the Windhelm logo.

Question on the Stormcloak one, is that not a Riften guard?? Or have I been playing modded Skyrim too long lol
