All Lower Skirt pieces are converted, Includes: CBBE, CBBE 3BAv2, BHUNP

YES - Obtain: Craft in smithing bench with tundra cotton. Or use AddItemMenu2.
Keeping Immersion:
Whiterun City contains enough Tundra Cotton to Craft all pcs+ 2-3 extra shoes to sell
Q: Does the Outfit Mod come with Panties, Socks, or Nylons?
No - You'll have to install another Outfit Mod that contains those pcs. Suggestion - Cosplay Pack - hdt SMP (CBBE 3BA)
