The patch is basically finished in it current form.
Of course I will try to update ASAP, in case of updates of its requirement being published. I tested it everywhere in Bruma's worldspace, in Skyrim (just to be safe), with and without CACO activated and so on. In case you encounter bugs, or any kind of unexpected behavior, please leave a comment/message.
Version 0.1 stays up, for those only needing SunHelm's buckets in Bruma and is complete in this regard.
Version 1.0.A is the full patch with buckets and waterskin-refill/full-meal mechanics implemented. It supports all locations with NPCs belonging to Bruma's innkeeper or server faction.
Version 1.0.B WILL do he same thing as 1.0.A, but implementing the dialogue thing through other means (possibly NPC records).
The ESP-FEs of all version are named the same, so only use one of them. I decided to keep the name for the sake of simplicity, so e.g. people using version 0.1, can easily upgrade to 1.0.A without risking weird stuff happening.
During the creation of this patch, I myself switched between ver 0.1 and ver 1.0.A without encountering problems, so updating mid-game should not be an issue.
