This is a setting pack for the ENB Preset Silent Horizons by LonelyKitsune, originally made for the Immersive and Epic due to complaints of Silent Horizons being too dark, and the DOF being too strong for normal gameplay.
Hard Requirement please use the Obsidian Weathers version, as these settings are for that Preset, they might work on others as it is just .ini files but it might not work well.
Requirement of Silent Horizons and as such this mod as well. Please get any version above 483 preferably the latest version.

Changelogs
Version 0.3.6
Expermantel settings, based off of the quality preset meant to fix sky transitions and the SSAO Halo effect (it made it both better and worse), aka I edited both the sky, and SSAO categories, I also reduced the strength of the Silent Horizon Winter LUT that I use in the pack to make the changes in weather feel more consistant without changing all of the weather ini's (I have not figured how to set the game to modded weathers so I can change their settings).
Version 0.3.0
New ENB Settings with one that is more optimized performance wise (The Medium Preset), and one that runs about as well as base silent and looks a little nicer with very subtle DOF and Lens Flairs and about the same performance as base silent (The High Quality Preset). Both have had Expand HDR under water turned in the enbseries.ini for compatibility and have had letterboxing/pillerboxing turned off, this should fix the settings for supporting different screen sizes, and help prevent the black water bug in other world spaces like Elsweir.
Version 0.2.0
Further tweaked the settings in ENBEffectPostPass.FX, and some others to try to get the brightness changes to be consistent, as well as lots of minor tweaks in several other ini files.
Version 0.1.0
Initial Creation: I changed the brightness, contrast and gamma under ENBEffectPosPass.FX, and changed the LUT to the Silent Horizon Winter LUT sa it is brighter, I did adjust the saturation and vibrancy to counter some of the change., Decreased Bloom, Changed times of day slightly to try to get rid of false dawn (shortened it did not get rid of it), enabled some settings that were for newer versions of ENB such as Complex Grass Collisions and enabled FPS limit and set it to 61 FPS.
I am primarily making a setting pack for a preset due to my lack of knowing how to code, while wanting a slightly different experience to standard Silent Horizons. I have also tried to make it run better while still keeping the same or better quality however some pc's still might not run well as ENB eats performance.
Requirements: This pack requires Silent Horizons, as well as it's prerequisites such as the ENB Binaries, and ENB Helper.
Install: Just Install the prerequisites, then install this mod and make sure it overwrites the base Silent Horizons.
If you install it via the Mod Manager link and are installing through Vortex, make sure that you double click on the mod and set the type to either ENB or Engine Injector (preferably the former), as those install to the base Skyrim Directory. If this is not done there will not be any changes in game. Unfortunately, I do not know of a way to set it to do this automatically other than inside of a collection.
Options:
Medium Preset (Performance Settings Version): Designed to deliver better performance while maintaining a visually pleasing experience.
Enhanced Visuals Preset (Quality Settings Version): Provides better visuals with subtle Depth of Field (DOF) - (disabled by default) and Lens Flares.
An experimental version (Version 0.3.6) based off of the quality preset meant to fix sky transitions and the SSAO Halo effect (it made it both better and worse it is less noticeable while standing still but slightly more so albeit dimmer during fast motion).
For Immersive and Epic Revision 12 users: Currently the collection turns off bloom and is missing a rule between the ENB Folder Restructure mod and these Settings, load these after, you can either reinstall to enable it, or do so using the in game menu, also keep in mind that the collection uses the High Quality preset, which has some features turned off or disabled.
As of Revision 13 all Immersive and epic users will just install it normally, as it has been removed from the collection (as Vortex was forgetting it's rules).
Basic Controls:
Toggle ENB: (Use Effect) = Shift+F11

DOF Toggle: = Shift+F7
Bug Notes/Known Issues:
Bug Fix note/Compatibility: All versions have had Expand HDR under water and letterboxing/pillerboxing turned off, this should cause it to support different screen sizes and mod compatibility as we have found that some mods such as Moonpath to Elsweyr, has it's water turn black when that option is enabled * I have no clue why...
Known Issues: The times around Dawn and Dusk can have a dark transition that does not match the brightness of the times around them, I have not found out how to fix this, but there is a bug report for it, if anyone has any suggestions.
There is a noticeable SSAO Halo visible on grass around objects such as buildings and around Actors (including the player), there is also a bug report for this one, if anyone has any suggestions.
