Disables Vilja's dialogue to Serana which prevents her from starting unfinished, broken, and silent conversations with her. ESL mod.

Vilja is not only one of the greatest companion mods for both Oblivion and Skyrim, she is one of the best mods ever made in general.
An extremely fleshed out character, well detailed, who feels like they truly fit into the world they're placed in. Vilja set the standard for what a companion should be in a Bethesda game.
Sadly, she was left unfinished in a small handful of instances.
Including her Dawnguard DLC integration. Emma, Vilja's mod author, originally intended for Vilja to have full length conversations with Serana, including having Serana respond back.
This was, unfortunately, never fully implemented. So Vilja will talk to, about, and at Serana but receive no responses.
I've fixed this by deleting all the topics for Vilja regarding Serana.
Vilja has a similar issue with Frea.
Big shout-out to the Lazy Voice Finder which made finding these topics monumentally easier than it was for me trying to find the Frea topics on my own.
