Snazzy Strongboxes - Base Object Swapper
Using Base Object Swapper, randomly distribute 9 different custom, 3D object filled Strongboxes to all vanilla and mod-added Strongboxes.

Mod Features:
~ 9 custom Strongboxes filled with actual items that would normally be lootable from them.
~ Strongboxes lid swings all the way open prior to taking you to the loot menu, revealing the items inside!
~ Using Base Object Swapper, randomly replaces any vanilla or other mod-added chests that use either Strongbox01.nif or with one of these 6 new varieties.
~ Included textures from East Empire Strongbox Logo SSE (Gamwich's textures...with permission) for all East Empire Company Strongboxes on Solstheim.
~ Adds 3D handles from the awesome mod Skyrim Objects SMIMed - Noble Furniture
~ Added open and close sounds to every strongbox!
~ Esl-flagged plugins!
NEW - MEGA BOS Main File Option!!
This is an all encompassing BOS swapper that will replace every strongbox (except EEC and Dawnguard strongboxes which get unique models) with one of 3 different treasure contents with either your vanilla Strongbox01 texture, Kanjs Strongbox model, ElSopa’s Strongbox model, or Strongbox Replacer model. All strongboxes will open far enough to clearly see the contents inside, and will have sound when opened and closed!
The following mods (and only the following mods) are REQUIRED to use this version…
1. Vanilla strongbox01 texture of your choice (Rustic, Skyland, etc)
2. Base Object Swapper
3. ElSopa - Safe and Strongbox Redone by ElSopa
4. Kanjs – Strongbox by Kanjs
5. Strongbox Replacer by Kralyks
6. JS Purses and Septims by Johnskyrim if you want JS coin textures in every strongbox (add Snazzy Strongboxes - MEGA BOS - JS Patch found in my Optional Files)
Compatibility:
- Requires Base Object Swapper
- Requires Skyrim Objects SMIMed - Noble Furniture by wSkeever for the handle textures
- Patches for JS Purses and Septims (highly recommended!), Strongbox Replacer, Kanjs – Strongbox, and ElSopa - Safe and Strongbox Redone
- Any Strongboxes imbedded in the ground, walls, etc. may end up looking a little funky as you can now fully open and see inside the Strongboxes.
- Compatible out of the box with USSEP, WACCF, MLU, COIN, and OWL
- This mod is made with the new Creation Kit and & xEdit. This means it has a new plugin header and won't work on older versions of the game. If you don't run 1.6.1130+ Skyrim.exe, you have to install Backported Extended ESL Support. If you want to mess with it in xEdit, you'll need the newest version 4.15d from the xEdit discord.
