**UPDATE**
The scripts are now included, so the teleport spell should be working. Also, Mirri should now spawn in deceased every time and not occasionally wander around looking to kill you because her base personality is a bandit.

The key and spell needed to access the house are located in the inventory of
a deceased dark elf named Mirri, located near the standing stones at the crossroads
between Helgen and Riverwood.
