Adds a mailbox from 'Skald's Mail' to Clockwork Castle, from 'Clockwork (SSE)'

Never leave your gilded estate again! This small patch adds a fully functional mailbox to Clockwork's player home, specifically in the Travel Room. I figured if Lahar was already heading to town for supplies and food, he'd be able to get the Dragonborn's mail as well.
This can probably be added to an existing save, just load it absolutely last and don't re-sort your load order. Though a new game is always the safest option, you do you.
