I just checked him in my game, and while he didn;'t look as bad as you described in my game, he still looked wrong, eyes closed and no facial patterns. So I tried creating a new character and applying the preset and he looked wrong again. Loading the head mesh results in a better version but still looks wrong. Not sure what's happened with this preset. I need to investigate further as I used to use him myself and he worked fine. Very strange. Sorry I can't help further, I would class this preset (and follower) as bugged for now. I'll try and re-create him as soon as I can.
hmm ever though of using these presets to replace vanilla presets via vanilla racemenu? since presets themselves are just actors flagged as facegen preset
I'm not very technical. I've thought about this, but I don't know how to do it, and haven't gotten around to doing the research. But yeah, it would be fab.
