A tweaked / updated version of the Nif Batch Processing Script by Spongeman131 to support Complex Material Parallax and Dynamic Cubemaps

Updates the Nif Batch Processing Script by Spongeman131 to support Complex Material Parallax using the Environment Map Shader and Environment Mask Texture array.  Please see this article for more information.

Put these scripts in your xEdit script folder and run the scripts on meshes you wish to add complex material parallax to.  You'll still need to find or create the parallax texture.  Initial testing indicate no issues with back lighting or alpha blending and alpha testing so they have been commented out of the Block Check list.

1.1 I have also added a custom script to path Dynamic Cubemaps for ENB to the appropriate texture array on meshes that currently having the Envrionment Map Shader Type and Environment Mappng Shader Type "essentially any meshes with an existing cubemap will have their default cubemap texture replaced by the ENB dynamic cubemap texture"
