If I'm reading the description right, since you favoured the Aetherium Ore from the Compilation mod, the Aetherium Ore Respawns mod should work fine right?
They do not interact. I just checked. Never used it before since I use LotD's Aetherium patch, which already removes the No Respawn flag from all of those ores and ingots.
i could probably fiddle around in SSEEdit to give you a respawning file (well i know i could it's literally just removing a single flag after copying the cell and worldspace over with overwriting) but i'm not sure if i'm allowed to send the file and keep in mind i'm no expert so it may have a few issues the easiest way i can do it is to copy the cell and worldspace into Lively's mod and then remove the no respawn flag this would make it into an esp replacer
I didn't really like how that one changed the COBJs to stop using Aetherium and added stuff like gemstones and quicksilver. It's aetherium armor, they should be using Aetherium ingots and ore. My two cents.
