A seasonal patch for green grass to appear in Whiterun and Riften during Spring and Summer plus an addon for common grass in Autumn.

While using Verdant with SoS, I want Whiterun to have a more lively look with green grass during Spring and Summer. But after looking through Nexus, I realize that there is almost no mod for seasonal tundra, I only found texture replacer mods that will persist through all seasons.
So I decided to make this patch, which will replace those yellow-ish grass with a green version during these two seasons, thanks to SoS's Form Swaps function. For Winter, SoS has already included a setting for Winter so this patch will only cover Spring and Summer.
Moreover, I also cover The Rift region as well. It goes well with Seasonal Aspen Trees (see pic below) so I recommended you grab that mod to make The Rift less depressed in Spring and Summer.
Updated: Now included an optional addon for Autumn. Now forest and field grass will change yellow when Autumn comes, matching the aesthetics of Tamriel during this season.
