The house is invisible because the meshes not in that path. You need to extract meshes from COTN winterhold than change the folder from winterhold to Winterhold (Modder's Resource)
EDIT: Just so you're aware, the current plugin has a ton of errors (HITME aka HIgher Than Master Entries). You should resave the mod in CK to try and fix it.
