Imo visually it looks great and reminds me Lake Town from Hobbit movie. Buildings all taller and there is much more detail. Will definitely test it on second profile.

You don't need it because the 2 patches i did are just for 1 the dawn of skyrim director cut with the riften content cut to prevent object to overlap and the 2 is the Jk x Dawn patch ajust to fit this mod with it.
2 is the JK x Dawn patch with Riften cut to prevent conflict because after testing everything looked good in the city but i saw that the flags were not moving at all for some reason and it made it look odd so i did cut the riften content of the patch and with these 2 combine it work great
you removed all the Dawn of Skyrim Content for Riften you mean? is there any way you can keep it in? i'm fine if you just removed the flags or whatever. tbh.
I don't have specific fps comparasion or data to support it however since the mod is adding a lot of meshes it should have an impact on performance. It's up to you to try if you want to see if you can run it correctly or not. On another half on thing that i would like to know how to change is the weather in the city because it's really the foggy weather that kill the performance if it could be at least reduced it would benefit a lot in term of overhaul stability.
