   Both your farmhouse and barrow have no mapmarkers after you find them is that intentional?
   Also in the barrow the second ghost was stuck under the bridge close to the lever. What is that lever doing btw?
   
   Also can you make the first letters of the farmhouse name capitals?

   Exterior not navmeshed. Does it mean followers don't follow inside?

      It means they won't know the building is there and will walk into the wall instead of around it same for animals.
