cool mod but you override conditions in the Unofficial Skyrim SSE Patch. the two vanilla magic effects have a condition added to them that gets overriden by this mod.

I'd like to see this question addressed as well.

This looks great, but would rather not have papyrus spitting out errors due to conflicting changes.

what are you even talking about, what I pointed out is nothing do to do with payprus errors?

If this mod has conditions that override the unofficial patch, there is no conflicting errors in papryrus at all?

Why report this at all then, if it is of no real problem?

      What exactly is being overridden?

exactly what I said the conditions set on the magic effects are being overridden....why would you think that means papyrus errors when its not scripts being overridden? it is a real problem cause the conditions were added by the unofficial patch team for a reason. how about you gain some knowledge about modding before you type lmao.

Sorry I must have been mistaken then.

Your poor manners are as horrible as your teenage grammar and attitude skills.

I suggest you finish High school before trying to insult others.

for the record, those overrides are causing a lot of issues.
there is a bug causing crashes in vanilla
the vanilla bug was fixed by USSEP, but it appears that this mod has overridden those fixes for some reason

someone needs to fix this I guess, no offense to the mod author I appreciate what you have created for us but it's just not right to leave this unfixed and pretend there are no problems at all.

at least admit the bugs and tell people before they download the mod and get stuck in a problem they don't know how to fix or where is it even from.

those poor souls would have to ask on the internet and do you know what stupid people on the internet would tell them?
"" you have to reinstall your game "" or "" your save game is now corrupted "" or "" insert whatever stupid s#*! here ""

those poor souls won't even know they can fix it by just uninstall this mod and they will have to take strangers word for it and just abandon their current game and do you know what happens when they reinstall Skyrim and start a new game?
they get the same issue because they still have your mod installed!!!

do you even know how frustrating that is?

Have to add my 2 cents to this. This mod was causing me to wear a elemental aura after exiting a dungeon after I hit level 30. The constant sound/lighting effect was extremely annoying, took me nearly a week's worth of effort of disabling various mods, doing cleaning of saves, etc, with googling being of no assistance at all, till I had it narrowed down to this mod. Once I unstalled this, all the problems went away.

I've uploaded a similar mod, Radiant Atronachs, which has the latest changes from USSEP.

    Hi there,

I have a strange bug. I just get out of Fellglow Keep and my character is fs getting flamees d'atronach de feu on himself ??!! I can't find a way to remove it ( magic, blessing shrine....). What happen ? I the magic effetc panel, i have 2 of this, and in the HUD main screen, 2 timer with a kind of sun, but when timer is off the flammes are still here, making the game unplayable at the time. Any suggestion or should I remove the mod only ?

Same problem with my character. Had to remove the mod and run ReSaver on my saved game to get rid of the problems. Oh well...

      Hello!
Even though this is an old post, I thought I would respond as to what is most likely going on here especially for anyone in the future who sees this.

I was looking at the Oldrim version and someone posted a similar issue but with the storm atronach. The mod author stated that this is a game bug where the creature abilities get added to the player and that is what you are seeing here. The mod author stated that this was fixed awhile ago in USKP, which means the fixes would still be found in USSEP. By installing that, this should prevent this problem from happening.

Hopefully this helps anyone in the future (and maybe even any of these people who posted here if they ever find this post). : )

This has happened to me a few times. If Atronach Flame effect appears (and stays) on player, note this mod's mod priority and plugins priority, then uninstall mod, load up game again with this mod uninstalled, save and exit game, then re-install mod and reposition mod and plugin back to it's old order.

How do we add this effect to modded atronach's? I get ctd when loading a save with a mod with custom atronachs and crash fix says the light spell(d'atronach de feu) is not attaching to them.

    Cheers

NVM, my nexus just didn't handle your mod well for some reason, I manually did everything and now game is fine now. Thanks for the interesting mod.

+1 for Ice Atronach. Also, shouldn't all Atronachs have the light aura they emit reduced when they are low on health (as opposed to only the fire one)? I like to think it's like their life energy is fading. Other than that, awesome mod.

    Thank you.

Hello Nehluxhes nice mod, is it possible to do the same to the player equipped spells with a lesser glow, sort of like immersive spells and light from Oldrim? There is a similar mod for SSE but it adds dynamic lightning and shadow and so conflicts with the 4 light limit, making lights flicker or dissappear.

I just recently let the author of Realistic Lighting Overhaul know about this mod, and they told me they are planning player spell glow (not atronachs) in their next update.

I'm not sure if Nehluxhes is planning to expand or not, but if not, you may find what you need in RLO.

Thanks for the info, i'm more of an ELFX user but if that feature makes it to RLO i might try it. Unless of course Nehluxhes decides to implement it in this mod, if it's possible and he is willing to do it of course, i just mentioned because it seemed to me that the same modding principle used here could be used on equipped spells and/or magical weapons, but i'm no mod author so i might be totally off the mark.

Form and function mod! The light it emits is perfect both in radius and color all the while bringing life to the creature. I'm digging it!

Just what I needed. Now my character won't have to carry a torch when there's a living one right beside him.
