About this mod
This mod will prevent the player from equipping any spell that he or she doesn't have the required skills for. This is dependent upon the (normally unused) "Required Level" field on magic effect forms. A MCM menu will allow the user to tweak the features to his or her liking.

Since the Required Level is used instead of the associate perk, any mod that adds more specific required level to spells will fully compatible with this mod. For instance, a spell could require 45 points of Destruction or 77 points of Illusion. The MCM has several features that allow for customizability.
