A patch for USSEP and Wizard Hats forwarding changes made by USSEP
One example is USSEP adding spells to Farengar that Wizard Hats reverts so no spells for him!!
This patch allows him to keep his newly added spells while still retaining changes made by Wizard Hats.
This was made for the FULL version of Wizard Hats. To my knowledge this will not work with the other versions, but I could make a patch for them if requested.

Q: Can you make a patch for {Insert Mod} or make a few personal changes just for me?
A: Yeah probably. Literally just started so my skills aren't the most reliable, but I'll see what I could do if you ask nicely.
