This is the mod I didn't know I needed. Like any man, I prefer a balanced diet made up of the 5 food groups: beef, alcohol, seafood, cheese, and poultry. The last few years though, I had to buy whatever's on sale. So, raising a statue to honor our favorite food helps keep hope alive.
1) permission to upload a retexture that matches color and brightness of the local stone more closely If not, would you be willing to provide an alterante texture that blends more closely?
2) how many poly in the statue? hopefully not enough to affect framerate?
Hi, thanks. Yep, you free to use it as you wish, as long as it respect the cc. I can upload it in this mod as well if you have the texture, I will take a look (it's not just a texture I use, but also some Ambiant Occlusion generated by ShaderMap on it). The statue got 40k triangles, for 20k vertex. The original statue was 815k triangles for 408k vertex. So it's an huge optimization, I cannot do better without losing too much quality, but the details are in the normal map :).
I uploaded some darker textures. Just reduced the lightness and saturation. If you'd like them on this page, that's fine. If you'd like them on my page, that's fine.
No desaturation in version 1.01. My version 1.0 was too blue for me.
if you want to add statues to Eastern Skyrim, they should be Nordic/Viking in nature or even a statues of old Nordic kings like Wulfharth or Imperial ones like Alessia or Pelinal
