The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal
Bounty fix...and More

This mod is my attempt to fix the bounty bug that you can face when you play to the great "The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal" mod by MannyGT.
I added some cool feature to make the cowl more useful.

Change from Original Mod:

- The starting bounty is 500 non-violent crimes in each hold, which means that the guards won't (yet) switch to 'kill on sight' mode when you cross their path.
- Committing a crime  while wearing the cowl will increase your bounty (non-violent or Violent)
- You can pay guard or even go to jail when you wear the cowl to remove your bounty (The Cowl's base bounty will remain as long as the cowl is equipped)
- Be spotted by a guard when equipping / unequipping the cowl will merge Player bounty and Gray Fox bounty.

Note:

-  The guards are not totally stupid, if you unequip the cowl in a safe place and go dancing under their noses right afterwards, they will attack you. You have to run or hide until they stop looking for you.

- If you see the "something goes wrong" notification, it's because your game isn't properly detecting the unequip/equip event, my mod will try to automatically restore the previous bounty value, if this happens too often, something's broken on your end.

Installation:
Check if all requirement is installed.
Put it right after original mod, check if nothing overwrite my mod

Mid-Game installation:
This mod should work but you'll have to restore your reputation manually as it doesn't know what your previous bounties are.
I can't guarantee everything will be ok, but it should.

Compatibility:
Should be compatible with mostly everything.
No performance impact noticed.
