I want to go into creation kit, create male vanilla followers, and then use the presets on them in game. Is that the best way to do it, or is there a better way? Seems using the lazyfollower mod could lead to some interesting problems that I dont need, nor want.. You have one that almosts looks like my brother, def gonna grab that once Ive got my followers situated in creation kit.
That sounds interesting. What are you going to use to apply the preset onto the follower? Something like 'NPC Visual Transfer Tool SSE'? I only just looked that up now because I've never done it that way before. I do usually use LazyFollower but I'm not sure what the problems with that will be. I've not had any yet. Saying that, I was trying PROTEUS out, because I love the idea of creating a party of characters and then being able to switch between them in the same game, but....that is INCREDIBLY buggy. It gets faces mixed up all the time, so I'm going to delete that. I converted one preset into a follower ages ago but it took SO long to do it in CreationKit, making it have the right head, and outfit etc, it put me off creating any more. If your way works and it's as easy as creating a vanilla follower and then just applying a preset in-game that sounds awesome, but I've never done it that way. I might try now though
Yeah I tried proteus, didnt work the way I wanted it to.. Too buggy, so I'll try NPCVTT SSE now that you mentioned it.. There has to be an easier way, maybe we can find it....lol
Yeah Coldsun said he was taking a hiatus for a month or 2 and then he said hed possibly make a nonvoiced Vixi, but it wasnt a guarantee.. I suggested it thats why. I love that followers look, along with his other Altmer npcs. Nightmarezone I believe said she was in the process of moving, so it might be a few before she gets back to it.Im a huge fan of farodadestin, (he/she?) does fantastic work too. Pandora is still doing her thing, but yeah, the best ones have been a bit slow because of burnout. I can see why, this stuff will do your head in.
I found a typo at the installation section. You wrote: (in this case, High Elf and Male), but it should be (Imperial and Male) instead. Nice preset btw
