Thanks for the mod! We will use it in the FUS Wabbajack list, but since the original momentum perk is quite powerful, and we found one initial 25(50% boost not adequate, we increased that to 50/100%, just FYI.
Nice idea ! Reading through the description got me wondering if it would be better to keep the original Brawler’s Stance name and make it reduce incoming damage by 5/10% or resist incoming stagger 25/50% ? That would of course mean renaming Momentum to something else...

I swaped brawlers stance position because to me it make some sense because the next perk knock out uses power attaks too. I tought in making it a defensive perk but it looked out of place, but since Aljo's simonrin tweaks already change the brace perk in the tree to stagger resistance I put it as a recomendation to go along with my tweaks, and also it dosn't feels right to lock the tree progression with a defensive perk, hence the swaped position.
