What would happen if I installed this on a save that already has imperious race tweaks?

Haven't tested it. This mod uses a hidden "quest" to add new powers and abilities to the player's character. In theory, it should work with mods that make changes to the character or the character's race.

One thing I like about playing an Orc or Nord with the ART mods is the special attacks that knock foes back. This just isn't available in the unmodified game. For an example, see the end of the videos for this mod and for Amazing Race Tweaks! Orc. But yeah, the mods can make the player too overpowered on normal difficulty. So I always kick up the difficulty a notch or three. On the Legendary difficulty setting, the mod really isn't overpowered at all and helps to even the odds, I think.

i usually play on adept (early game) then expert a mid and late game in order to feel balanced other than that no matter in which difficulty: ''no one bests an orc!'' tried it with berserk on mid late levels on both master and legendary plus not on legendary but with orc berserker defeated both miraak and ebony warrior on master setting ;) as for nords power it can be useful mostly in the early game against bears and trolls (especially the one on the 7k step path) if you have no potion, food, restore health ingredient or magicka for healing can be used for running/escaping etc, as for bretons i finished cidna mine at level 3 on expert setting killed madanach and everyone one by one thanks to spell absorb power combined with atronach stone couldnt finish that with orc at lvl3 on expert :D so these are my valid experiences and opinions

Yeah, makes sense. I've had fun playing all the races and making mods to add powers and abilities I thought would make them even more fun to play. Each has pros and cons and requires a different playstyle. The variety of races is what I like about the Elder Scrolls games. It's something that's lacking in Fallout, and might be lacking in Starfield (unless some cool mods add alien races to the new game after it is released).

Working on an all-in-one edition. It turns out to be quite a task combining them, as it breaks some things and takes some time to fix and lots of in-game testing. Currently working on combining three at a time. For example, see, "Amazing Race Tweaks! Aldmeri" which combines High Elf, Khajiit and Wood Elf.
