Update 1.1:
Some meshes will use the texture without the alpha channel, so I have to preserve the colors. For this update, I only changed the alpha channel. The moss will be invisible for meshes that use the alpha channel, and other types of meshes will not have missing (black) textures.
Can be used as an alternative to the mod Banish those Yellow Green Dungeon Leaves
