Change sex of all vanilla male draugr to female. For those who want that.

If I had a choice between looking at male or female draugr, honestly, the vanilla versions of both are pretty unsightly. However, the female draugr are about 5% less unsightly on average, so thanks to a few minutes in FO4Edit, I made this ESL-flagged ESP for people who don't care for a rotting male Draugr sausagefest.
By itself, it just flips the sex to female and replaces the heads with the beardless ones so there is no goofy bearded lady zombies. If that sort of thing floats your boat, well, easy to fix with a few toggles in SSEEDit and the CK. It does not alter stats, so they will function just like in a vanilla Skyrim game.
This WILL work with texture and mesh replacers. I like using the SFW version of PSBoss' New Female Draugr with this so I get to see far less unpleasant dead dragon slaves while still keeping it reasonably lore-friendly, but it will work with the NSFW version too, as my mod just changes the game to reroute all draugr to the female models, and the mesh/texture work of any replacer that is for the female sex will carry over out of the box.
If there are any conflicts with any other mod, you will need to resolve them in SSEEdit and/or the Creation Kit.
This mod was made by me mostly to see if I still knew how to mod Skyrim SE as I've been doing a lot FO4 modding of late, so permissions are open, do whatever you like with this.
