   In Skyrim Sewers 4 is a version that patches sewers with Whiterun expansion. What is the difference to your version. Doesn't it patch the same mod? As far as I can see both do the same change... Sorry if this is a stupid question.

      I accidentally switched up which file goes where. If your file is "Whiterun Plains Sewers - Moved Entrance.esp," then you should be good.

      Oh so I should be getting the one that's now in optionnal files as "Capital Whiterun Patch"?
      Cause I have this mod in my load order, plus JK's Skyrim and GG's Impoverished Whiterun too: I am a bit lost rn.

      You'd need the main file and the Capital Whiterun patch.

      I'm afraid not. If you follow the link you posted, you can find how to create patches for that mod. This mod touches navmesh, so you will probably have to follow level two from the patch guide on that mod's page.
