    But what are the modded settings for cleared dungeons? You only mention the vanilla value...

    Is there a mod that immediately respawns dungeons that are not cleared and everything you took from inside doesn't respawn?

    It is not working, I tried with 1 day option and even 3 day option. Dead man redoubt, Mehrunes shrine e.t.c are still empty

      Wait for 24(or whatever option you are using) hours -> Save & load -> Wait 1 hour.
      That is the most reliable way to trigger interior cell respawns ASAP.
      If that does not work, you have a conflicting mod or you did not activate the mod.

      Launch SSEedit, load all your plugins, and apply a filter to show conflicts (should be listed when you right click).

    How do I select the desired respawn delay? Can't find it anywhere and editing the file in notepad comes up with gibberish.

    Does it work for exterior enemies or only interior cells?

    Would it be possible to make the respawn time shorter? Something like 5 hours or so?

      Yes, you can change it easily through SSEEdit to whatever value you want. I will not add more options to the mod.

      Yes. Although ores are a bit wacky in Skyrim. Some ore veins respawn according to the respawn timer, some don't.
