OAR goes through the sets sorted by priotity, so Gunslicer Swimming is always selected, then overridden with a 50% chance by No Kick, then overridden with a 50% chance by Stronger Swimming. Overall, this would result in 50% for Stronger Swimming, 25% for No Kick and 25% for Gunslicer. To fix this, simply configure a value of 0.33 for Stronger Swimming.

Honestly, I can say the same. I almost never download animation mods unless they provide a preview. Without the requirements tab to give me them I might not of downloaded this mod.
