i feel like im fuckin screwed, dude. Im not 100% sure my save file is corrupted, because when i disable some mods it works fine, but i just can't save with the mods on.
It means what some of your mods have conflicts or incompabilities with each other. I don't know which ones can did it. You need to test them by yourself on tests.
I ended up doing a clean install and reinstalled everything. SKSE was the problem, there were different versions i installed and i expected the right one to be chosen
Did I miss a page? cuz I just started a new game and the moment I entered the name it immediately corrupted the save file. Before this I deleted all my mod files, saves, I basically rebooted my entire mod manager and Skyrim files and when I started downloading mods again this happened and it wont stop.
I've never seen or heard this before from other users. Samely, including in my game for much years of modding. For me it's work normally and all weapons (from many other mods too) are visiable.
Try to looking for some another .dll files. Maybe something can conflict with this edit.

For the AE version you can edit it in notepad by yourself.

I dont know when I'm started modding v1.6.640, but I guess never, because I have another games for modding + some IRL things.
