So, I opted instead to recreate Rigmor's face from scratch in high poly and then accurize it by superimposing the original low poly head over the new high poly re-creation and adjusting it as best I could in Outfit Studio. The results were very accurate of course, and that was to be that, mission accomplished, as best as I could do.
But then this week, a mod was released that I and many others were blindsided by : A high poly head conversion GUI mod that would not only make converting low poly heads to high poly an automated process, but greatly reducing the over all conversion process time by 90%.
This mod, HiPoly Head Converter GUI doesn't mangle head mesh face parts like the traditional method of importing the slider object data in Outfit Studio did. It basically leaves only the typical finishing work needed such as smoothing out the mesh vertices, making sure the eye socket vertices match the original low poly head, etc. No more rebuilding major face parts in OS that takes up most of the total time involved.
So I decided to give this a whirl on the original low poly Rigmor's face to see if it would turn out any better than the traditional method did the last time I tried it with this sculpt. The results were absolutely amazing. The eye sockets were not only NOT mangled, but in this case I didn't even have to touch them at all. Needless to say I was stunned. If only I had this mod a month or so ago...
Since the results turned out so good, I figured I'd finish it up and get it ready for release on the Nexus as I'm sure there are those of you would were wanting a straight up conversion that's as accurate as it gets rather than an accurate (As I could get it) recreation. So here it is, for the first time, a conversion of Rigmor's sculpt to high poly head.
I think I did a fairly decent job of it, but as always, I'll let you, the end user be the final judge of my work :

Hard Requirement, an issue was encountered by Jim (RoB/RoC mod author) during testing of the previous Rigmor high poly head re-creation mod where the inside of the mouth was clipping through the face. It wasn't resolved till the aforementioned mod was installed. It's highly likely that there would be an issue with this mod as well without EFA -Female Edition- installed
I'd like to point out that in my install of the High Poly Head mod, I had the mod support options checked for that mod as well as Expressive Facegen Morphs as I use both mods. As stated, the EFA -Female Edition- mod is absolutely required, but if you encounter any other issues with Rigmor's face, try installing EFM as well.
