i have a bug, everytime i go to high hrothgar i get the initialized message but after that i cant save, gives me a ctd. What do you mean by eating the green apple?
I solved that bug I by teleporting into high hrothgar directly, it worked afterwards, I typed "coc highhrothgar" and I went in and out without a crash but now I'm plagued by the bug you mentioned and I just can't figure it out. only uninstalling the mod helps but I'm not sure if its safe this late into my playthrough. someone please respond.
To be honest how useful are some of the lower level spell in Skyrim? Oblivion enemies had far lower stats then Skyrim enemies so a spell that deals only 5 damage is kind of going to be a waste of magicka, the master level spells seem alright though.
As for the "Disintegration" spells, surprisingly they can be made
Disnintergrate Armor would simply reduce the enemies armor rating by a set amount and Disintergrate Weapon would reduce the enemies weapon damage, that can be done with a perk easily, as for drain skill you could make it so it reduces an enemies ability to cast spells by causing it to increase the cost of their spells by a set amount, one spell could increase the cost of Destruction spells while another can effect Restoration or like the Disintegrate weapon you can use a perk to reduce the effectiveness of the spells they cast causing any fire related spells to deal 1/2 damage and stuff like that.
You can always use the console command : Player.setav DestructionPowerMod insert value here. This works for any type of magic. Around 1400 as value the spells will be very powerful !
Using fire spells I can't get fire patches to form, so I guess not. The fire resist debuff doesn't work either.
I can get them to form with blue fire magic mod, so I'm thinking there are some keywords missing.
EDIT: No keywords missing. But the impact set is flames, and the cast time is 0. That's the only difference I see. I'm going to try changing it.
EDIT2: That didn't work. Made the spell and magic effect match vanilla and it still didn't take. Ok, I'm out of ideas.
EDIT3: I cloned the vanilla fire spells and changed them to target actor range 2, and that works with ordinator. I have no idea why this mod doesn't work.
So I guess you just need to make your own variants with a program like SSEEdit and just be careful to preserve the original spell as much as possible.
i was expecting my most loved/hated spell "fingers of the montain" god the first time i was playing with the dificulty bar at the right when did the quest, that was the most unexpected virtual dead, that was an epic spell with an epic name, if you can add it i think the people will apreciate it, keep the good work and thanks for the memories!
Fingers of the Mountain is one of three leveled spells from Oblivion. Because multiple versions of the spell exists, I did not include it here. If I ever added it, there would be a quest involed in obtaining it.

Those are neat ideas, but that isnt how the effects worked in Oblivion and so they would become unbalanced.
There are perks that lower enemy armor.
