This fixes the issue where you get a letter of inheritance each time Nessa dies and resurrects.

In the original mod, Nessa has a game mechanic where when she dies, she gets resurrected. The game recognizes this an actual death, and since she's relationship rank 3 towards you, a courier will give you a letter of inheritance everytime she dies, with some gold.
This fixes this, by just ignoring Nessa when the inheritance quest is playing out.
