there are some special items in game that get sold by the mod the toy sword from the spirits quest at the plantation sells if you have weapons checked..it sells regardless of being a quest item and i have quest items keep checked also it sells the woodsman's friend which is an axe you find near lakeview manor and the shiv is it because those are considered common weapons?
The problem is that not all items needed for quests are actually marked as quest items. And there is no "unique" or "common" keywords or something like that that would tell the mod that an item is unique. So, some unique items might get sold if you have the non-vanilla option picked for the item category. The non-vanilla/unique option is mostly for people who don't care much about quests or unique items. Anyway, thanks for telling about those two items, I'll look into it.
In fact, I have encountered an issue with the absence of an MCM menu, whether it is a mid game save or a new start save, there is no MCM menu. I have tried versions 1.0 and 2.0, but this is the problem. Please help me
I tried your old version of the mod and found that the MCM menu can appear normally. Can the new version solve this problem? I noticed that many people are like me
I wasn't able to neither reproduce the MCM not showing up, nor figure out why some people have trouble with it. There's nothing special about that menu, but it's large (at its maximum). Maybe that's the cause. Anyway, for now I can only post the MCM source file (in the Miscellaneous section). If someone finds something problematic in there, let me know, and I'll fix it.
By the way, one modder suggested this workaround to kick-start the MCM-menus. Hope it helps. Type in the console in-game this: setstage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1
It doesn't work, I guess the game didn't recognize the ConvertSell. esp file correctly. When I enable the new version of ConvertSell and disable the old version to enter the save file that has used the old version of ConvertSell, it will inform me that ConvertSell. esp is missing
Well, it's better not to update mid-game anyway, if you're not a professional save file cleaner... Even I don't update complex mods like this one mid-game (and I'm pretty good at using FallrimTools).
It could be anything. Do you have other mods with the MCM-menus? Do they work? Is it a fresh install or an update? Does the same situation happen if you start using the mod before the new game start or mid-game, before running an already existing save?
Hi It's a great mod and works fine but I have a question. Why is there no option for armor in the mod's settings? I can only see "ammo", "weapons", ""ingots" and "other" in the crafting section.
Is there any way to deactivate the "postponed for 10 sec" thing? I'm not in combat, arrested or in any menu and getting this message so nothing in my inventory get sold. :/
Well, it looks like for some reason your game still thinks you are either in combat or in a menu or being arrested. Probably some glitch with combat state. I hope you'll be able to find the solution.
