You don't need any instructions as it come with a specific mod collection. If you use the collection "Skyrim VR Overhaul" simply click download from Vortex and it will do the rest.
If you don't see what I'm talking about or don't use this specific collection this mod will likely break your game, don't use it.

If you wish to have your own DynDOLOD file please refer to the page of the DynDOLOD tool itself, everything is written (good luck reading everything).
