You could generate seq files for the quest to activate at the start of game.

For `Encumbrance Widget` looks need handle situation when `CarryWeight < 1` (0 and negative values)

(debuffs from some mods which modify CarryWeight actor value)

Sadly, I have to say don't use this mod for now until iWant Bars and iWant Icons is fixed for they corrupt your game saves and contently fail to load icons as status changes and/or CTD. Perhaps you could create another version that doesn't use the iWant widget just like the widget addons mods.

There's always an inherit risk of uninstalling mods (since they add a "quest") during your playthrough.  The safest way of dealing with this if you want to uninstall my mod is just to disable the components through the MCM and keep it installed. It shouldn't add any load on your current game.  I haven't experienced the issue you are talking about myself but my mod shouldn't do anything to your save file since all its doing is reading global variables set by Survival Mode Improved, never writing anything to it.  UI is hard so I don't think I can make a iWant-free version though. I'll add that you should simply disable the widgets in the MCM instead of uninstalling to the mod's description.

Thanks letting me know but I am starting a new game therefore adding or removing mods isn't an issue for me right now but I can confirm the issues isn't this mod but iwan bars for it's having issues with FISS not saving or loading correctly. Not only your widgets would disappear iWant bars would do things like only one widget is available and can't add or change the other widgets even though iwant widgets lists your widgets.

I'm not seeing any evidence of what you are saying hoopz67.  Can you verify your resource for this information about iWant?  Otherwise I will count it as not credible.  There is not even a bug posted on the site for this nor for FISSES.

There are several posts in the iwant bars chat about the issues of the iwant bars not saving specially when using Skyrim AE. I constantly would loose my settings for the widgets and even at times the widgets are not even recognized.

That is a great work, and I can use it normally! But I am wondering if it is possible to change  satisfied status icons to green, which may be more like it, or can you just tell me how to change it?

I was wondering when someone would do this!  Awesome thanks.  Hey one small thing, perhaps not doable and really no big deal but...It would be cool if the icons went away when not in survival mode.  They are there no matter what.

I installed Iwant and its prerequisites
    Then your Mod
Your widgets are detected in the Iwant MCM Menu

For use with Survival Mode Improved - SKSE

Your Mod does not display any of its Widgets

    Question :
is there another and/or special manipulation to perform to activate these widgets?

    Note :
I installed iWant Light Widget to check if the problem did not come from my IWANT installation and/or incompatibility with More-hud and/or True-hud
The widget for this mod displays normally.
    So....

P.s.: You should activate the BUG tab, it stays more visible for troubleshooting

    ***EDIT***
I found the treacherous cause (probably a dirty trick of the Elfs):
    MCM Iwant on "Bars" Tab
    uncheck the boxes:
    . Auto-Hide
    . Skip hidden Icons

Your Widgets are displayed in all their glory

Thank you for this very practical Mod, which will save me going back and forth in the inventory menu.

He has little problems with your Widgets, maybe it comes from the Iwant itself, I don't know.

Symptoms (very common at the top of the list):
      - Forced to load a save several times for the widgets to display
      - Only one Widget is displayed (sleep), but it's huge...lol
      - Freeze the game
      - no widget is displayed (quite rare)
      - CTD when refreshing widgets (very rare)
      - Random CTD

Disabling display of Widgets solves all CTD issues (I have a very stable Modded game 436 Mods)

      Edit :

I continued my investigation to find the cause of the malfunctions of your Widgets, and I think the cause is the Mod: IWANT Widget and/or iWant Status Bars itself, which seems to have problems with the backup of its data :(
