True Meeko Seems posable based on the pictures, "no armor or prosthetic legs." My only problem is that I have never made a Fomod installer so I would have no clue as to what to do there. however, if you just want something quick and easy you can jest copy one of the meshes from this patch (based on what color you installed for True Meeko) and rename it to THMeeko.nif and drag and drop it in meshes\actors\canine\character assets dog. and it should work. not a 100% sure though.
Any ideas how I might go about this without Diverse True Wolves and Dogs? I don't use that mod, but I'm trying to get the Fluff for the Meeko/Vigilance Reborn mods.
To make this shorter you are going to need 1. this patch's texture files installed and 2. the ones from True Wolves of Skyrim - Animallica Patch - 2k. 3. after that you can delete any of the meshes from this patch you won't be using. (You only need the one that is the color you want to use.) 4. After that change the remaining mesh's name to reflect the mesh it will be replacing. for Meeko its (Meeko.nif) for Vigilance its (Vigilance.nif).5. After that you need to copy/move it to its new destination to replace one or both if thats what you want, Meeko (meshes\BP2\Meeko) Vigilance (meshes\BP2\Vigilance). If all you want is to replace them with meshes from this patch you are done. This will not keep the armors that are added by the other mods. You can however add them back if you want. For that you will need some basic knowledge of outfit studio.
First you are going to need to open Outfit Studio and change a setting. (This isn't technically needed but it keeps the mesh looking the way it should in NIF Scope if you use it) So once opened click on file and from the drop down click settings, near the bottom under Reference Skeleton it says File and to the right Browse. Click on Browse and you are going to need to find the Wolf or Canine Skeleton. If you have a Skeleton mod installed like xp32 Maximum Skeleton, it should be under (Skyrim Special Edition\Data\meshes\actors\canine\character assets dog\skeleton.nif) then click OK. I recommend closing Outfit Studio and reopening it to make shur this change takes effect as I have experienced that at times it does not. Now with Outfit Studio open again you need to open the Meeko or Vigilance Mod and find its mesh and import it to Outfit Studio. (Drag and Drop works fine.) once it's loaded in you can click on the part/parts in the right upper panel that are jest the dog\wolf\canine not the armor and delete them. Then you need to open up this patch and drag the dog\wolf\canine mesh you want into Outfit Studio. (its going to look different in game don't warry about it) Now you need to Export these meshes out as a .nif file. click on file and then move over Export and then click TO NIF or TO NIF With Reference. I would export it to your desktop to make it easier to find. name it based on which mesh you are replacing Meeko.nif or Vigilance.nif. At this point you should know what to do with it.
To clarify, you did install "True Wolves of Skyrim - Animallica Patch - 2k" and not the mainfile right? If you did and still get this error than most likely textures have not install in the right directory for some reason. Make sure that all the textures are inside the textures\actors\Animallica\Wolf folder in the Skyrim folder.
Assuming you didn't read the instructions for the original Diverse True Wolves and if you did you didn't realize that the Mod installer isn't a one for one of the instructions. I suggest reinstalling True Wolves of Skyrim - Animallica Patch - 2k and have Diverse True Wolves and dogs open in a web browser and find which wolf the installer is on in the instructions to match colors.
No change unfortunately, and need to explore a little more but when i spawn tundra wolves near myself they are the same color as timber wolves. Also idk if its because i have Immersive Creatures installed (that was the original Diverse True Wolves i installed) nut i have wolves occasionally that are not fluffy

Could I ask if you were able to make a similar patch, but for True Meeko, or Meeko/Vigilance Reborn, since they have the same textures as True Wolves?
Vigilance (meshes\BP2\Vigilance).
