Hi! I just downloaded Bjorn yesterday, and he is amazing! I'm really glad to see that you're doing lots of updates. I just got his poem, and I'm wondering if that's it for his romance, or can things go further and I'm just not there, yet?

But now I'm having an issue with Little Shadow.
We're in the Ragged Flagon, and I've completed the Thieves Guild quest, so I'm the Guildmaster, now. But the entire time, LS won't talk to me, except to say her short greeting lines. So I don't know if there's a bug, or something else I need to do. I already have given Adielle's journal to Bjorn. I haven't built up the guild yet by doing the side jobs, do I need to do that in order to get her to talk to me?
On a different playthrough where I joined the DB, LS talked to me and I was able to find out more about her. But nothing seems to be working in this playthrough where she's with the Thieves Guild.

So, the conditions for her to follow you in the Thieves Guild are:Not having met her in the Dark Brotherhood, having spoken to Mercer Frey and become a member, not being the Listener, and not having destroyed the DB because in these last two conditions, she has other interactions that are not following you. =)
He is a good husband! The only thing is that I don't get the Lover's Comfort perk after sleeping in the home with him. Not really a big deal. Oh, and in some of the other homes, he sleeps in the wrong bed. Again, not a big deal, it's pretty funny to see him sleeping in the bard's bed in Lakeview Manor, and other people are standing there, like, "Hey, Goldilocks... This is MY bed!" lol
He looks like Chris Hemsworth to me, which I love.
Regarding Little Shadow, I have all those criteria on this playthrough. I have spoken to Mercer (and killed him, because I'm now the Guildmaster of the Thieves Guild), I haven't been to the Dark Brotherhood at all, I haven't even started the Arentino quest to get into the DB. But she just says things like, "Speak your mind" and other random short greetings. She doesn't interact with Bjorn at all when he's there. Something isn't clicking there. I might have to go and start the Dark Brotherhood quest, just to get her to talk to me, but in the other guild.
Hahaha oh, good reminder, Lover's Comfort noted for future versions! But the bed, I think I need to figure out how that works. You don't need to join the Dark Brotherhood... are you on Xbox? There was an issue with the trigger there at the door but I've already fixed it on PC.
Currently playing with Bjorn (loving it) but stuck on the Heart Whispers quest, Thruzar is at the inn in falkreath but just walks out of his room and starting walking towards Helgen and won't speak to me. I'm on xbox so can't use console commands but have reloaded a few times with no luck, anything I can do?

Hi! :) I really enjoy this mod Bjorn is amazing. I am however stuck on Heart Whispers, I have to talk to people at the inn since they suspect little shadow as Bjorns sister, which I guessed too😂 but when I go to Falkreath there is no one to ask there, the quest doesn’t trigger, then I thought maybe Thruzan would be there the orc that had info but whenever I go into the inn at falkreath he is in there but walks out does not stop to talk to me, or when I try to talk to him it doesn’t give me any options.

It seems that after many months with Bjorn, time has come to meet Little Shadow.... After being totally MIA, she popped up sitting in the flagon. She brought up a previous attempt to contact DB, she called me 'Listener' (which is correct - I completed DB questline long before Bjorn). A new quest emerged, indicating I should check with Bjorn at an inn. No Luck there, no such dialogue option with Bjorn. So far... Upon revisiting flagon, LS was exiting the room and she had a short scene with Bjorn. After that, a new dialogue with Bjorn showed up about his 'smalltalk' with LS. The quest however remains at 'check with Bjorn at an inn'.. Will it become available later? (sometimes, in various quests, things that were supposed to happen, are delayed. Probably some temporary script lag.)

As I said in my original post, I installed Bjorn long after I had completed DB questline (Astrid is dead - killed in the raid that destroyed the old Sanctuary. I became the Listener and the sanctuary is now outside Dawnstar). Since the quest was not progressing, I reluctantly resorted to setstage solution and see how it goes. The quest was pinned to first stage of the quest, having a whole bunch of stages below. Upon activating the first few of them, new quest targets emerged, indicating Astrid's involvement (which in my case is not valid). I had to progress the with setstage as well. During these 'advances' I was checking the locations (thieves guild, Dead Man's Drink) to see if any new dialogue becomes available with Bjorn / LS, no luck still. During this process, a 'follow Little shadow' target showed up, and eventually Little shadow went to Abandoned shack, where I first met Astrid back in the day). Things finally progressed when I got to a point where I got a quest target like 'Talk to Bjorn or take him toLittle Shadow'. From there on, quest progressed and completed successfully (including the long standing 'check with Bjorn at an inn').
In my eyes, the main problem is that this quest assumes that Astrid is still alive & the DB questline is still in progress.
But there is more, I am afraid...
Shortly after quest completion, a new line came up in Bjorn's Dialogue and Past shadows quest emerged. I can confirm this quest progressed almost flawlessly (with the exception of the old orc not showing up in Nordholm where the marker was) and I was able to complete it as well without extended use of setstage. Also note, that during this quest I was able to interact with Thruzar (found him with his quest marker wandering outside Helgen). All good there, quest progressed without glitches).
My current state is with both these quests finished and all I have is Bjorn's commitment to follow without fee and a line of the romance quest that I ended since I am not interested in this path. Haven't really checked Little shadow's state / whereabouts.
Is there anything after that (based on both quest end description in journal, there should be something...)?

Hello friend! So, there's a storyline branch where you don't need to meet Little Shadow, it covers cases where you've already completed or aren't interested in joining the Guilds. Thruzar is only activated, in this case, after the Past Shadows quest.
I think using set stage in the console might have messed things up, Little Shadow has a trigger at the abandoned shack door to disappear because she'll return in another quest. But from there on, it should be fine because after about 10 minutes, if you're in an inn, Bjorn will suggest going to Windhelm, and Thruzar appears a few meters away and becomes your follower, if the other two quests are complete, because that's the condition. If you want, you can reach me on Discord, it doesn't bother me at all! <3
EDIT: Sorry, I forgot about that! Bjorn has a timer that changes with each stage of these quests, you can see it by typing in the console: help DG04BjornNextInt 3. If it's not at 8, nothing will happen... unfortunately, changing the stages through the console may have broken that :(
Hi! I have been following Bjorn's development for about a year and finally decided to try him. So far I have finished the Past Shadows quest, so this is my first impression of the mod. I took the friendship path and he is a delight to bring along on adventures. I find his character and story to be lore friendly and he fits perfectly in the Skyrim's world. His presence is calm, reserved and polite, no excessive idle talking and his comments are spot on. The voice acting is pretty good for AI generated voice. I loved his song and wish there were more. Speaking of songs, it would be nice to have a patch for Skyrim got talent, where he can react (say something) about the PC performance or when he is invited to play a song together. Also, it would be nice to have at least one voiced line for the I'm glad you are here mod. I appreciate your constant updates and adding new dialogue, you are passionate about this mod and it shows. Great job!

A question about the quests: I have the Heart Wisper quest from Little Shadow in the list - but it's still under "Find out more about Little Shadow" - but I've been running around with it for a while. I don't have anything else from Bjorn apart from "Kill the bandit leader XY", although I've been lurking around with him for ages. When does it continue there?
Hey! So, the missions to kill the two bandits don't have anything to do with the quests for now, but it's important that Bjorn tells you he wants to go to Nordholm. Little Shadow won't accompany him on this mission, but she'll be waiting at the Guild where you found her ^^
So, in conversation with Bjorn he said he wanted to go to Nordholm to relax. So go straight with him - even to this nice swimming spot with the hunters - but that probably won't be it, at least he doesn't react. I'm a little desperate now and fear that the quest is broken somehow :o
You're the best. The Skyrim modding scene has a dearth of male followers, and Bjorn fits right into the lore and atmosphere. It's clear he's been created with lots of loving care. I dug through the mod page and couldn't find an answer to this, so: is there a list of the quests Bjorn comments on, and does he comment yet on any Dragonborn quests? I'd love to be able to plan my playthrough to maximize Bjorn goodness. ^_^
I am wondering about the Dragonborn DLC, and the Dawnguard DLC. Right now, Bjorn doesn't seem to have any interaction with Serana or comments on the quest. I just started it, but I think I'll hold off until it's updated so I can do the questline with his interactions.

I've been trying to rewrite the article about interactions and quests all week hahah One important thing is that I'm redoing all of them anyway because now I have a way for him to remember where he actually was with you, which makes the dialogues much less generic.
