It looks nice! Is it possible to have a version of the mod with some new settlers and 1 or 2 houses in Lainalten before ending the Civil War? (in some playthrough i don't even start that questline)
This looks really good. Unfortunately the residents will agro with the bandits in the fort and get locked into a never ending battle anytime you get close to the town. Good work with the patch, I just wish there was a way to prevent the residents from charging into the fort to take on all the bandits.
I'm back from my break, sorry for the wait. That shouldn't happen. When I was testing the mod the bandits war too far awat to aggro. Can you describe what you did that made them aggro?
Hey no worries. Thanks for responding. I just approached the town from the Rorikstead direction. Bandits and residents start yelling taunts at each other, and then the residents run across the bridge to start a brawl lol. Since they are protected (which is good) but not strong enough to defeat the bandits, it just results in never-ending combat.
I have not even DL'ed this yet and I have to say that this looks very nice! I think more than a few of us were hoping for a compromise for these mods and here it is. Good on you!
Perhaps, if you could/would, maybe widen the wooden stockade gate entrance a bit to allow smooth passage for the odd Touring Carriage users out there (Myself..yep). Beyond that, I would say the scenery suits what Rynn might have been shooting for with the old fort. Lainalten being adjacent to it seems to fit right in (Not to mention having a steady source of food and supplies for the fort doesn't hurt either.). Again, great stuff here :)
I uploaded the optional file. RSC patches will come once the author of the lawbringer mod answers my DM. I sized up the gate so it should now allow for the carriage to go through. Can you test it out and give me the results?
Excellent idea. It's really successful. If I need to ask something, is it possible to make an addition for those who use lux via? It would be really nice to be able to use Lux via- Lainalten - Ryn robber george and lawbringer addition together. It would also be perfect if the houses being repaired resemble those of the lainalten.
I'm sorry but I don't think I can help you in this case.
1. I don't use Lux Via so I don't even know where to start when it comes to making a patch for it. I may help if you can point me to a guide or something.
2.. I would need to learn how to make custom models because the houses from Lainalten don't have ruined versions and they are just empty shells with doors leading to interior cells. They wouldn't really work with the "rebuilding" phase when the NPC's are rebuilding the houses.

Also, do you have any suggestions for patches?
Do you know if it's compatible with the Ryn's Robber's Gorge and Crabber's Shanty patch?
