(Specifically: I can hack in a four-way determinism system in under an hour. I'm trying to design a more definitive bound weapon mod, which is taking a lot longer.)
About this particular implementation: Dummies out the vanilla spells in favor of my own spell (all Bound {Weapon} spell tomes lead to Generic Bound Weapon) and conditions things based on the vanilla perks, therefore lots of soft incompatibilities with perk and spell overhauls.
Apprentice-level spell with base cost 70 magicka, so once you get the dual-casting and apprentice conjuration perks, you should be able to use the two-handers without further augmentation. (Axe is less accessible due to requiring dual-casting, but you can get the bow sooner.)
Nerfed/split the plain/Mystic tiers (~ Orcish/Daedric) to plain/Mystic/Daedric (~ Steel/Dwarven/Daedric) (Daedric is unlocked by Oblivion Binding). Soul Stealer also steals a bit of health and magicka now, although I didn't edit the perk description.
Flagged as ESL.
Known issue: weapon vanishes if you get a perk that would change which tier of weapon you summon. This was an attempt to make it smoothly update mid-summon, but it didn't work out. I know how to fix it, but don't want to do so until I've gotten some other stuff sorted out.
