Very simple SKSE plugin aimed at fixing a quirk gamepads have while sprinting

There isn't a whole lot of info on this online so it is possible this is a me issue but in the chance this affects someone else I'm sharing this here.

What's happening here is; if the left thumbstick isn't tilted all the way the direction you're moving you will be sprinting in place without covering as much ground as you should.
This mod fixes this by considering you're either sprinting at full speed or youre not sprinting at all. In the included ini file, the variable fAxisSprintingMin is the minimum value at which you will be sprinting (range 0 to 1 represents how much you tilt your left thumbstick in a certain direction).
