    I found Telvanni's lab, and killed Telvanni himself, but I don't know where the quest goes from here... What do I do with his heart?

      Nvm I found the key, but everyone here thinks I'm trespassing and it says "steal" for all the items. How do I claim ownership of the property?

      I did a quick test and found that NPCs are hostile if you enter through the higher doors. If you use the main door as intended, they're fine. I'll edit the file at some point to lock the other doors so I can set the property to belong to the Player regardless of where you enter. I think I originally wanted them to be hostile if you were trespassing without finishing the quest.

      The heart was only a detail - something to think about. You can eat it... But I don't recommend.

    Mod is busted, you're considered a trespasser. Uninstalled. Great design though.

      Thank you for answer. By the way, I opened the door with a cheat before I got the key to the house, and the merchant inside the house continues to be wary of me. Next time I want to be a little more patient and get a house.

      Yeah that guy sucks. Disable him. I never got the shop working anyway. Everything is set up but he refuses to dialogue.

    I like this layout, it has great potential especially for those players who like to decorate their homes using a positioner mod like Dylbills or Jaxonz.  I did notice there were some follower beds positioned in such a way that the animation of going to bed and getting up again can put your character into the nearby wall mesh.  Also, the 'throne' animation activator did not work for me, and there are a few other non-functioning activators still present that were rendered null by your button activators (various gates and doors).  Came across one or two doors that presently don't open, but I assume that that is part of the WIP you mentioned in your description.

    Some fountains and pools would add a lot of ambiance, especially if they are bordered by harvestable plants.  A dozen or more plantable soils would be a big draw for many of us  and a mine with numerous ores and gems would be a huge asset too. 

    I look forward to watching you further develop this house mod.

      Everything you mentioned should be working in 1.1
      I will definitely add some planting area(s) and possibly a fountain soon.
