SPID ini is broken, delete the ini
Main file: overhauled effects, now all can be properly dispelled with a keyword. Should've been this way from the get-go.
Main file: added NPCs effects distribution. No effect on the skills, only other effects.
Meaning it's mostly health/magicka/stamina max/regen bonuses/negatives, resistances.
You will likely not notice it's there, until you try to poison someone favoured by The Serpent.
Another difference from the player's effects: Ritual, Atronach, and Shadow's regen penalties are much more gentle.
There are mods for NPCs to utilize potions, but still, entirely killing their regen would not be fair.
Added Unshackled Classes optional file: reduces Skill Penalties to 20% (instead of 80%).
Added Scrambled Bugs as a requirement, because GbS uses perk entry points for some of the stones. Scrambled Bugs has an optional fix for Perk Entry Points: Apply Multiple Spells. It is disabled by default, but needs to be enabled in ScrambledBugs.json for the mod to work as intended.

Warrior's tempering bonus is 20%.
Warrior's Magicka Regen is lowered by 60%.

Serpent: Instead of a flat armor bonus, it gets armor rating increase +50%.
Warrior: Instead of a health bonus they get a tempering bonus of the same fat value.

Changed Serpent's poison resistance from 70 to 90.
Added armor rating buff to Serpent.
Reduced Serpent's Health debuff to 30 from 50.
Decreased Apprentice's mistakes amount from 70 to 50.
Increased Atronach's Magic Resistance from 50 to 80.
Added Recharger ability to Mage: akin to Soul Squeezer, increases the charge of the soul gem when recharging weapons.
